Technical Product Proof Pack
Show buyers how the product handles a specific task.
We plan and produce a clear product demonstration, a buyer-facing explanation, and answers to the questions that arise during evaluation. Your experts review the workflow, source material, and claims before publication.
When this helps
- Buyers understand the category but struggle to picture a working implementation.
- Sales engineers repeatedly explain the same workflow or objection.
- A product release needs an accurate demonstration with a useful destination in sales or marketing.
- A technically detailed presentation needs a shorter explanation for business decision-makers.
Readiness. Bring a working product or approved demo environment, one buyer task, and an expert who can review the technical details.
What we can scope
Each proposal defines the audience, subjects, formats, quantities, review rounds, responsibilities, schedule, and usage rights. We agree on original pieces, shorter edits, and format versions separately.
- Buyer-question brief and demonstration plan
- Agree on the task, audience, evidence, and intended next step before recording
- Engineer- or founder-led product demonstration
- Show the workflow, including relevant assumptions and limitations
- Buyer-facing explanation
- Explain the practical consequence for a less technical stakeholder
- Individually shareable objection answers
- Give sales teams clear material for recurring evaluation questions
- Source and claim-review record
- Identify supporting material, reviewers, product version, and approved wording
- Captions, transcript, and agreed delivery versions
- Support accessibility and the selected publication or sales channels
How the work is reviewed
- Choose the buyer task and review the existing product explanation.
- Prepare an approved environment, source material, and recording plan.
- Capture the demonstration and the expert's explanation.
- Route factual and technical claims through the named client reviewers.
- Deliver the approved pieces and agreed guidance for their use.
What your team provides
- Product access and an approved sample environment
- A technical reviewer
- Source evidence for claims
- A marketing or sales owner
- Synthetic or authorized data for any public recording
Scope boundaries
- Credentials, customer secrets, and confidential architecture stay out of public recordings.
- “Proof” refers to the product evidence selected and approved for the film.
- Independent benchmarking, security certification, engineering validation, and legal sign-off require separate qualified review.
- Complex animation, additional environments, new product functionality, paid distribution, and CRM implementation receive separate scopes.
Illustrative brief — not a client case study
An AI infrastructure team wants to explain how a workload is deployed and reviewed. The film follows an approved workflow, identifies the operating assumptions, and gives a business viewer a short explanation of the decision. The client supplies and approves any performance figures.
Buying questions
Does this include independent testing?
We document and communicate the agreed product evidence. Your technical team approves the demonstration and claims. Independent testing or certification needs a separately agreed specialist scope.
Can we begin with a sandbox or simulated workflow?
Yes, subject to review of what can be shown. The published piece should identify simulated or illustrative conditions where they affect interpretation.
Can sales use the videos directly?
We can plan individually shareable answers for specific evaluation questions. Hosting, CRM placement, and sales enablement support are defined in the proposal.
How are price and timing set?
We review the demonstration, expert access, production treatment, review requirements, and requested outputs before agreeing on a quote and schedule.
