A production lesson
you can put to work.
Notes for founders and marketers building a regular practice of useful company content. Each edition will focus on a task, example, or decision you can use in your next production.
How the work gets made.
We’ll cover founder interview preparation, technical product demonstrations, edit reviews, publishing decisions, and follow-up.
We’ll also share AI production experiments with their inputs, constraints, and observed results, so you can judge whether the method fits your team.
Write the evidence beside the question.
Before a founder interview, make a two-column sheet. Put a question buyers repeatedly ask on the left. Put what the speaker can show to answer it on the right.
If the answer concerns a product workflow, prepare the screen. If it concerns a decision, bring the document or example that explains the choice. If it concerns a result, identify the measurement and its source.
That sheet reveals what is ready to record and what still needs preparation. It also gives the interviewer a concrete follow-up: “Can you show me that?”
