THE FOUNDATION PACKAGE

A working first version
of every capability.

Start with one brand, one offer, one primary audience, and a first campaign. We establish the content process, connect the agreed channels, and set up the reporting and responsibilities to run it.

CONNECTED FOR YOUR TEAM

Planning, content review, publishing, audience follow-up, and reporting share one operating workspace. We scope the connections around your existing tools.

DEFINED BEFORE WE BUILD

Your proposal names the initial channels, content mix, output, integrations, launch requirements, and people responsible for the work.

READY TO EXPAND

Add capacity and finer controls to any capability. Source review, publication approval, client access, and export are included in the basic setup.

WORKING WITH YOUR CMO

The operating view
for your CMO.

Your CMO can set an objective, review the campaign, approve content, and inspect audience responses and results. A named owner manages each part of the operation.

We establish the process around your team’s availability, approval needs, and business goals. Additional executive or creative leadership can be scoped alongside delivery.

Choose the brand or product, audience, objective, and first campaign.

  4. 04

    Plan the next cycle

Use the report and audience questions to decide what to make next.

OPERATING SUPPORT

Choose who runs
the daily work.

Equip your team

We build and configure the system, establish the first campaign, document the process, and train your team. Ongoing technical or production support is scoped around the capabilities you want to retain.

Operate with Unicorn

We provide the agreed editorial, production, publishing, engagement, and management capacity. Your team retains direction and approvals while a defined operating schedule keeps delivery organized.

Each proposal defines responsibilities, delivery volume, third-party tools, and review coverage. Original filming and specialist production can be added through our studio services.

PLANNING YOUR ENGAGEMENT

Scope the service
around your company.

How does this work with our CMO and existing team?

Your CMO sets priorities and approves direction. We configure the working system, establish the editorial and production process, and provide the agreed operating support. We can also scope fractional CMO or CCO leadership when you need additional senior capacity.

Can we use it to launch a brand or product?

Yes. We can scope the brand positioning, launch campaign, content, campaign website, distribution, and audience follow-up. Product engineering is a separate scope. The first launch also establishes a process your team can use for later campaigns.

How much production is included?

The Foundation includes an agreed editorial mix and output using your available material. Original filming, larger productions, additional formats, and higher volumes are scoped in the proposal. Our film and studio services can supply that capacity.

What does AI do, and who approves the work?

AI can assist research, drafts, content adaptation, asset organization, and routine coordination. Named people review sources, make creative decisions, approve factual claims, and authorize publication. Those review responsibilities are part of the Foundation.

Can we keep our tools and own the operation?

We assess your current publishing, email, CRM, and community tools before proposing integrations. The agreement defines client ownership of accounts, content, and audience records, along with access, export, software licensing, and third-party costs. Your team can operate the system after training, or retain Unicorn for ongoing management.

How is the engagement priced?

Each proposal is bespoke. We scope the setup, initial campaign, content volume, channels, integrations, and ongoing staffing with you. Selected upgrades add depth or capacity to individual capabilities as your needs develop.
