Forms and email choices

We collect the information you submit in a project enquiry, guest application, resource request, newsletter signup, or toolkit-interest form. This can include your name, email, company, topic, and project details. We record the form's purpose, source page, and campaign tags. Email signup forms also record your selected email permissions, the wording you agreed to, and the request time.

Requesting the free Session Kit does not require a newsletter subscription. The newsletter option is separate. A guest application, toolkit-interest request, or resource request does not automatically request a production-sales call.

How we use the information

We use your details to handle your request, review applications, reply to enquiries, and run an engagement if we work together. We send Studio Notes or toolkit updates when you select the relevant email permission. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact sol@unicornstudios.ai.

Service providers

HubSpot processes website forms and stores our contact records. When you request Studio Notes or toolkit updates, Kit processes your email signup, confirmation, and unsubscribe preferences. Your selected form determines the email topics you requested. Cal.com handles bookings. Vercel and Cloudflare provide hosting and media delivery. A film opened in an embedded player or on another service is also subject to that provider's data practices. We do not collect payment details through the resource or toolkit-interest forms.

Campaign information and browser storage

The site may retain source and UTM campaign tags in session storage so that a form can record which campaign brought you here. These values expire after 24 hours and are not used to store form answers. The current site does not load a Google Analytics or HubSpot tracking script. Hosting and media providers may process technical request information to operate their services.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries are kept for three years, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep email preferences as needed to honor your subscription and unsubscribe requests. Write to sol@unicornstudios.ai to see, correct, or request deletion of information we hold, or to change your email preferences.
