Terms

Work is governed by the signed proposal or master services agreement for that engagement. Nothing on this page overrides a signed document.

Prices shown are current at time of publication and are held for thirty days from a written quote. The Narrative Sprint launch rate of $5,000 applies to engagements booked on or before 30 September 2026.

Production begins when a 50% deposit has cleared. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once pre-production has started, except as set out in the sprint guarantee.

If the Narrative Sprint deliverable does not give you a story you are prepared to put money behind, say so at the handover session and the fee is refunded in full. You keep the work either way.

Rights in delivered work transfer to the client on full payment, with contractor assignments documented through to you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless the agreement says otherwise.

Anything you share before a signed agreement is treated as confidential. NDAs are signed before intake on investor and pre-announcement work.

Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
