The Story Engine

After the sprint decides the story, the engine keeps it in front of buyers: a month of deliverables off one quarterly shoot day, placed on your channels and tracked in the AI answers your buyers read before they ever reach your site.

This is the marketing half of the studio. Built for brands that have decided what they are claiming and want it repeated consistently in public, month after month.

The Narrative Sprint

What ships every month

The content engine

Eight to twelve derivative cuts, one to two long-form pieces, transcripts and platform-native versions — all off the quarterly shoot day, all planned before the call sheet. Thirteen assets from one hour of footage is the working standard.

Narrative direction

The story, tended. Messaging kept coherent as the company moves, launch moments supported, founder content directed. Every asset has to trace back to the claim the sprint decided; anything that does not, we cut.

The AI-visibility report

Where your story shows up when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google — tracked monthly against two named competitors. The gaps in the answers become next month's content plan.

The month

Week 1
Plan.

The report's gaps and the quarter's narrative goals become the month's asset list. You approve it in one call.

Week 2
Make.

Production and derivatives off the shoot-day library. Nothing generic ships: every piece traces to a line in the narrative document.

Week 3
Ship.

Placed on the channels each piece was framed for, with the entity and transcript work that makes it citable — by press and by the answer engines.

Week 4
Measure.

The visibility report lands: what the AI answers say now, what moved, what to argue next. Then the month turns over.

Quarterly
The shoot day.

One planned day, director and camera by the same person, engineered to feed the next three months of the engine.

Why the engine exists

Buyers ask AI before they ever call you.

Your buyers ask AI who is best before they ask you anything, and the engines answer from whichever company has made its story easiest to find and cite. One film cannot do that alone, and volume without a consistent story does not do it either.

The sprint decides the story and the film proves it. The engine handles repetition, because the answer engines assemble their responses from whatever has been said about you most often and most clearly. That material has to exist before it can be cited.

Questions people actually ask

How is this different from a content agency?
A content agency is paid for volume. The engine produces fewer pieces, every one built from the narrative document, and measures success in what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google say when your buyers ask.
Do we need the sprint first?
Almost always. The engine ships a decided story, and the sprint is where the deciding happens. If your narrative is already written down and holding up in the market, say so on the call and we will read it before telling you whether to skip.
What does the AI-visibility report actually measure?
Every month we ask the AI engines the questions your buyers ask and record who the answers name: you, a competitor, or nobody. You see the trend against two named competitors you choose, and the gaps become next month's content plan.
Who does the work?
The bench, running playbooks, under the director's narrative direction. Henry is on every quarterly shoot day and every monthly review; the reason the engine scales when his calendar does not is that the system was designed so it could.
What are the terms?
$12,500 to $50,000 a month, scoped to how much runs each month. One quarter minimum, billed monthly in advance. After the first quarter it runs month to month, and you can leave with 30 days' notice. If the engine stops earning its fee, we would rather know than bill.

Ready when the story is decided.

Fifteen minutes, and a straight answer about whether the engine fits what you are building — or whether you just need the sprint first.
