Customer Evidence Program

Document how a customer implemented your product.

We help turn an approved customer experience into a useful account of the problem, implementation, and results they can substantiate. The production and supporting edits are planned for the places your buyers and sales team will use them.

BUYING SITUATIONS

When this helps

  • A customer has a useful implementation story and is willing to consider participating.
  • Buyers ask for evidence from organizations facing similar problems.
  • Customer marketing has written material that could support a film or interview.
  • Sales needs shorter, approved answers drawn from a customer account.

Readiness. Bring a candidate customer or a customer-marketing owner who can manage introductions and permission. Participation and publishable results must be established before filming is committed.

CUSTOM SCOPED

What we can scope

Each proposal defines the audience, subjects, formats, quantities, review rounds, responsibilities, schedule, and usage rights. We agree on original pieces, shorter edits, and format versions separately.

Customer-story brief and participation plan
Confirm audience, customer fit, interview subjects, approvals, and intended use
Interview preparation and implementation outline
Capture the problem, decisions, deployment, limitations, and subsequent experience
Customer film
Present the implementation in the customer's approved words and evidence
Supporting implementation or case-study summary
Supply a written companion when included in the proposal
Sales-use excerpts and topic-specific edits
Answer relevant buyer questions without changing the customer's meaning
Approved quote and claim record
Preserve source, context, metric definitions, permissions, and final approval
Captions, transcript, and agreed channel versions
Make the approved material usable across its planned destinations
REVIEW AND DELIVERY

How the work is reviewed

  1. Assess the candidate story with the client and participating customer.
  2. Agree on permissions, evidence, questions, and the approval process.
  3. Record the interviews and permitted supporting material.
  4. Review facts, quotations, quantitative claims, and the film with the required stakeholders.
  5. Deliver approved versions with their usage scope and source record.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

What your team provides

  • A customer relationship owner and introductions
  • Product context and available evidence
  • Named reviewers on the client side
  • Customer approval for participation and for use of name, logo, footage, quotes, and results as applicable
  • Agreed channels, paid use, duration, and any renewal or withdrawal terms
SEPARATELY SCOPED

Scope boundaries

  • Quantitative statements need a defined period, baseline, measurement source, and approver.
  • Preserve attribution and limitations. Customer-reported observations should be identified accurately.
  • Recruitment of customers, travel, multiple locations, extensive written case work, paid distribution, and CRM implementation require agreed scopes.
ILLUSTRATIVE MATERIAL

Illustrative brief — not a client case study

A software provider wants to show how a customer introduced a new workflow. The customer describes the original problem, implementation choices, adoption challenges, and the results they can document. Shorter edits answer individual questions about rollout and day-to-day use.

PLANNING THE PROJECT

Buying questions

Do we need a customer ready to participate?

The project needs a willing participant and an agreed permission process. We can help assess a candidate story and prepare the invitation; access and participation remain subject to agreement.

What if the customer cannot share numbers?

The story can focus on documented implementation decisions and specific qualitative observations. We use the evidence the customer approves and describe its limits.

Who approves the finished material?

The proposal names the client and customer reviewers, what each approves, the review rounds, and the release conditions. Publication follows those approvals.

Can this become an ongoing program?

Yes, when there is a recurring pipeline of willing customers, a defined production workload, and sufficient review capacity. The recurring scope is agreed separately.
