We are developing a scoped pilot for reviewing existing product demonstrations and tutorials, identifying material that needs attention, and planning approved updates. We will agree on the content set, review process, responsibilities, and capacity before any work is committed.
Pilot scope and availability are subject to review. Ongoing coverage and turnaround commitments will be agreed only after delivery requirements are assessed.
When a pilot may help
- Product interfaces or workflows have changed since a demonstration was recorded.
- Tutorials refer to older versions or deprecated instructions.
- Sales and support teams need a clearer view of which assets are approved for current use.
- A client has a manageable set of existing assets and an expert available to review changes.

Proposed pilot scope
The website collects a discussion request; it does not enroll the visitor in a service or reserve capacity.
- Select a bounded set of assets
- Inventory of the agreed material, owners, intended uses, and covered versions
- Review available change information
- Findings based on the agreed product notes, documentation, and client input
- Assess the effect on each asset
- Recommended keep, revise, re-record, or retire action with reason and reviewer
- Scope approved updates
- Separate estimate of editing, new recording, motion, captions, and publication work
- Track review and approval
- A record of changes, current approval status, responsible owner, and review date
- Evaluate the pilot
- Delivery effort, missed dependencies, client workload, and recommendations for a continuing scope
How the work is reviewed
- Agree on the bounded asset set, sources of change information, and named reviewers.
- Review the current material against the supplied product notes and documentation.
- Classify each asset and estimate any production work required.
- Confirm which updates, if any, belong in a later production scope.
- Record owners, review dates, and the recommended next step for each asset.

Scope boundaries
- The proposed pilot begins with a bounded asset set and agreed review points.
- Continuous monitoring, automated detection, unlimited updates, guaranteed response times, security validation, and universal product coverage are outside any commitment until specifically assessed and agreed.
- Replacement filming, extensive animation, localization, additional products, new integrations, and channel operations are separately scoped.
Proposed pilot example — subject to scoping
A software team provides an agreed set of tutorials and current release information. Unicorn and the client's technical owner review which instructions remain usable, identify the required revisions, and estimate the production work. Any editing or re-recording begins after scope approval.

Is this available as a standard subscription?
We are assessing a scoped pilot. Any continuing arrangement will depend on the asset volume, change frequency, review responsibilities, delivery effort, and agreed capacity.
Will you automatically detect every product change?
The pilot defines the sources and review process it covers. The client's change information and technical review remain part of the process. Coverage and detection limitations will be documented.
Are updates included in the review?
The proposal separates assessment from production changes. Any included update allowance, additional work, and approval requirements must be stated explicitly.
Who decides whether content is accurate?
The named client technical owner approves product accuracy. Unicorn maintains the agreed production and review record and carries out approved changes within scope.
