The brief

Spotify's Born Pink launch needed a full campaign's worth of assets from a window measured in minutes, not days. Four artists, one room, a hard stop, and a global release date that had already been announced. Nothing about the schedule was negotiable.

What we did

The deliverable list was locked before the call sheet existed. Every framing, lens and lighting decision was chosen to serve more than one output at once: the hero cut, the vertical social edits, and the static frames all had to come off the same setups.

That is the whole discipline. When access is the scarce resource, planning derivatives after the shoot means going back for pickups you will never get. Deciding the outputs first turns one hour into thirteen assets.

The result

Thirteen deliverables across three formats, off sixty minutes of artist time, delivered to a launch date that could not move.

Thirteen assets from one hour has become the studio's working standard, and it only works because the story and the shot plan were settled before anyone walked onto the floor.

When access is the scarce resource, the shot list is the strategy.
